Conveniently located close to Hyde Park, neighborhood dining, cafes, shops, river park, and greenbelt. Our cleaning crew is following CDC’s cleaning & disinfecting guidelines.

This 920 square foot beautiful little single-family home will not disappoint you. It has 2 bedrooms, 1.0 bathrooms, a laundry room, kitchen, and living room. In addition, we have high-speed internet and a quiet space to work from home. Our cozy home is located in North End, Boise. It has a big front and back yard. Just as cute as the inside. You will love hanging out outside. The total lot size: 4,791 sqft.

Walk-able (sidewalks everywhere) to downtown, Hyde Park, & Boise River Greenbelt. High-speed internet! Secluded yard, covered deck & garden. Near Quinns Pond beach area along the Boise River & 30 minutes to Bogus Basin Ski resort.

Mid Century modern furnished rental includes the 1940’s refinished hardwood floors.
Appliances include: (electric stove, convection/microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer).

Master bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed, Flat-screen TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime.
Second bedroom has a twin day bed with a memory foam topper for extra comfort and a small Flat-screen TV with complimentary Roku channels.
Washer/Dryer.
Home has A/C and both bedrooms have ceiling fans.
High-Speed Internet service

This place is very special to us. It is our first home in Boise! I am a business college professor, and my husband, Joel, is a 30 year retired Captain Firefighter for Vista, CA. He is currently working as an emergency medical education instructor at a local college. We enjoy traveling and experiencing new places and activities. We love North End and plan to retire there one day. Our home is close to Camel’s Back Park, Hyde Park, and Quinns Park. The proximity to favorite area attractions is simply unbeatable. Our charming home embodies the character of the 1940’s building era. It is a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. We are sure you will love it.
